These can be used by the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-profit and for-profit groups can use the rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Library events have priority for using the rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The library is not responsible for the groups that use the rooms. It does not ask what they believe or what they do. Using a room does not mean the library agrees with or supports a group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9servations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact library staff to book the rooms. They can give people the following information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When rooms are available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What equipment is in the room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessibility of the room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kitchen facilities in the room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How many people can use the room at one time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frais de location<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Library branches can charge fees for the rooms. Each branch sets its own fees. Branch staff can tell users what the fees are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-profit groups may not have to pay fees for rooms. This is up to the building owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Groups who join the library to put on events do not have to pay fees for rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rules for Community Rooms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Community rooms can be used when the library is open. Some can be used when the library is closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The library Board can refuse to let a group use a room. They can decide to cancel a room booking at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groups are responsible to pay for any damage they cause.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groups are responsible for the room set-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groups are responsible for setting up the room.
